This is manga penguin from Gakuen Alice Academy ( anime and manga.) I cut out Penguin from when he tries to save the Zero medicine that would save Hotaru. Penguin was created by Hotaru (who has an invention Alice) because she missed Mikan and put Mikan's personality into Penguin.
